A family-owned CNC manufacturer in Mačvanska Mitrovica, Serbia. We started with precision turning and today make automatic greenhouse openers that ship worldwide.
From turned parts to a finished product
CNC Metalworking Augustus began as a precision turning shop. The opener came out of that experience: a product where the quality of the machined cylinder decides whether the whole thing works, season after season.
Today the complete set is made under one roof. The cylinder, the mechanism and the fixings are machined and assembled here, which keeps the specification stable and lets us answer technical questions directly.
Our customers are distributors and greenhouse manufacturers. Most of them started with a single sample set in their own greenhouse.
Production
Components are turned, assembled and checked through several controlled steps. We produce through the off-season to build stock, and add capacity when demand grows. Presses and auxiliary machines cover cutting, forming and drilling of the remaining components.
Quality
We use certified European materials and measure tolerances with modern equipment, so parts match from unit to unit and batch to batch. Every set is inspected before packing, and our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001. Samples are available on request for any product.
